If you've been toying with going into private practice but do not want to deal with all the bologna that comes with it (billing, rental space, EHRs, etc.), then look no further. Therapists at APP consider being on the team “private practice lite."
You'll be able work with the clients who match your clinical style, make your own schedule, practice with autonomy, and enjoy freedom from mountains of paperwork and agency-like demands. At the same time, we will support you to develop your clinical creativity and passions through bi-weekly consultation meetings, professional development, and opportunities to lead therapy groups or create other innovative treatment options. We also try to have a lot of fun along the way!
As we expand into three brick-and-mortar spaces this year, we will be looking for dynamic therapists to join our team. We currently have openings for our Amherst, Northampton, and Southwick teams for hybrid remote/in-person.
